    discharge sensitive devices (ESDS).

ECP 2000 series for static control

  • range of static dissipative polymers and plastics
  • formulated specifically for cleanroom environments
  • low off-gassing
  • low particulate contamination
  • excellent washability characteristics

ECP 2000 base polymers include:

  • Polypropylene (PP)
  • PETG
  • Acrylic
  • ABS
  • Polyester Thermoplastics Polyurethane (TPU)

Applications

  • injection moulding
  • thermoforming (vacuum forming)

Coatings

A comprehensive range of coatings and services is available for EMI shielding and static control.

ECP 500 range

  • paints and vacuum metallising techniques to protect sensitive electrical equipment from the effects of EMI/RFI & ESD.
  • paint supply in bulk and aerosol form
  • coating of free issue parts
  • custom moulding and coating of parts

Colour and Speciality Masterbatches

Colour and Speciality MasterbatchesColour Pie ChartTBA’s range of colour masterbatches provides an excellent range of colour suitable for many applications. Most of the colours can be dosed at a low addition rate to give good colouring in a host of moulding and extrusion materials.

A summary of properties and processing temperatures are summarised below.

Notes on Properties

Heat Stability: Maximum recommended processing temperature.

Light fastness: Scale 1-8 assessed using “Blue wool Scale”, 8 denotes highest performance i.e. best resistance to fading.
Weather fastness: 1-5 assessed using “International Grey Scale”, 5 denotes highest performance i.e. lowest fading outdoors.
Food contact: Yes means that the masterbatch is generally accepted for food packaging applications in most countries.
EC 94/62: Yes means that the masterbatch conforms to the new EC packaging
